Every RoomSketcher subscription comes with an included level of support, ranging from Basic to Gold. If you require more support, you can purchase an additional 12-month support plan at the support level you desire.

Gold

Our top level of support is designed for customers operating with time critical delivery needs. These customers tend to need phone and skype support, in addition to rapid response time by email.
Gold support includes:

  • Phone and skype support
  • Email response within 2 hours (*)

Silver

Our mid-tier support offering is designed for customers who understand RoomSketcher products but need advanced queries addressed in a timely manner.
Silver support includes:

  • Phone support
  • Email response within 4 hours (*)

Bronze

Our Bronze level of support is designed for customers with light support requirements, where services are not time critical. Bronze Support gives access to all our online resources, in addition to email support.

Basic

Our basic level of support is for our Free subscribers. Basic Support gives access to all our online resources.
