RoomSketcher Mobile App, Now on Android
Oslo, Norway, October 21, 2013 – The RoomSketcher app for phones and tablets now supports Android™ devices.
RoomSketcher today announced a new mobile app, available on smartphones and devices running Android™, the world’s most popular mobile operating system. The Android device app is available in Google Play.
RoomSketcher users can now view and “walk-through” floor plan and home design projects directly on their Android™ device. Out at lunch and want to show a friend or client your latest design? The Android™ app provides a fun and engaging way to view floor plans and home designs. Simply pull out your phone and start viewing using RoomSketcher’s 3D Walk, an interactive 3D viewer. “Walk” room-to-room, using your finger to move around (or zoom using drag and pinch). You can also navigate using an avatar, or “fly” over the floor plan to visualize the property. Create and edit designs on your PC or Mac using the RoomSketcher web app, then view them on the go, using your mobile device.
Once you have downloaded the app, simply sign in with your existing RoomSketcher account information, or use your Facebook account. Your mobile device then lists RoomSketcher projects you created on your PC or Mac. RoomSketcher VIP and Pro license holders can view their own projects, as well as demo projects in 3D Walk. Free account users can view demo projects, and see a list of their projects.
Trine Bretteville, CMSO at RoomSketcher, says “We are constantly working on making real estate visualization as easy as possible. With the launch of the Android app and our earlier launch on the iPad and iPhone, we make RoomSketcher projects viewable on almost all devices. The RoomSketcher mobile app is perfect for showcasing real estate and interior design projects, and it is important that it is available for professionals on the go.”
