FloorCapture - Now in Beta

Use your iPhone or iPad with LiDAR to capture the floor plan.

AI instantly transforms the capture into a digital floor plan that you can edit in the RoomSketcher app.

A smartphone and tablet display a floor plan app in action. On the phone, a room is being scanned using augmented reality, with digital outlines tracing the walls, furniture, and other features to capture accurate measurements. The tablet shows the app’s project dashboard, labeled “FloorCapture,” where multiple floor plans are organized with thumbnail previews, project names, last updated dates, and a prominent button to create a new project, making it easy to manage and launch floor planning tasks.

See It in Action

Capturing a floor takes 5-10 minutes. Watch the video to see how it works:

A hand is holding a smartphone running a room scanning application. The app interface shows an augmented reality overlay that outlines the edges of walls, doors, and windows in a room. On the screen, there’s a prompt instructing the user to “Scan all walls, doors and windows” and “Press Stop when complete.” The application appears to be capturing spatial data in real-time, using 3D visualization to generate an interior layout or floor plan. The interface also includes buttons for “Undo,” “Stop,” and “Finish,” indicating the scanning process is interactive and user-controlled.

An iPhone and an iPad Pro are shown side by side from the back, each with a white arrow pointing to the LiDAR sensor. The iPhone's LiDAR scanner is located within the camera cluster, while the iPad Pro's is positioned near the top-left corner beside the camera.
