What happens to my projects if I upgrade?

Your projects stay in your account. When you upgrade, you unlock additional tools and features for the same projects.

Does the Free subscription include customer support?

Yes! You can access our <a href="https://help.roomsketcher.com/hc/en-us">Help Center </a>with tutorials and FAQs, join one of our <a href="/webinars/">webinars</a>, or contact our excellent <a href="/contact/">customer support team</a>. Priority support is available with a paid subscription.

Can I share my project with someone else?

You can show your design using Snapshots, but sharing interactive 3D views or project links requires a Pro or Team subscription.

Can I print my floor plan with the Free subscription?

You can take screenshots or use the Snapshot tool to preview your design and print from your device. To download and print high-quality floor plans, you’ll need to upgrade.
